DISTURBANCE RESULTING IN FELONY ARREST

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jason Deon Dixon, 40, of 1935 Spanish Town Road, Baton Rouge, LA, arising out of a disturbance complaint on Monday evening in Napoleonville.
Uniformed patrol deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of Franklin Street in connection with an ongoing disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the two involved participants and interviewed both.
During the process while interviewing Jason Deon Dixon, the suspect became argumentative, belligerent and threatening toward responding deputies.
At some point, deputies subdued then arrested Jason Deon Dixon. He was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Public Intimidation
*Resisting an Officer
*Disturbing the Peace – Appearing in an Intoxicated Condition
Jason Deon Dixon remains incarcerated with a bond set at $30,000.
