DISTURBANCE – JUSTIN FAIR

PLATTENVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Justin Fair, 38, of 171 Miles Street, Paincourtville, LA, on felony charges related to a disturbance at a Plattenville retail outlet on Thursday evening.

Deputies responded and spoke to management who advised that Justin Fair had been harassing female patrons, had engaged in a fistic encounter and had physically struck the owner. Management further advised that Justin Fair had kicked out a large window causing over $1,000 in damages.

The suspect, Justin Fair, had departed the area but was apprehended a short time later.

Justin Fair was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Simple Criminal Damage to Property (Felony)
*Disturbing the Peace
*Simple Battery

Justin Fair remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
