DISTURBANCE – JOEL GASPARD

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Joel T. Gaspard, 45, of 6275 Highway 1, Plattenville, LA, on multiple charges arising from a disturbance complaint Thursday afternoon in the area of Comeaux and Breaux Street in Pierre Part.

Deputies responded to the complaint and made contact with several residents in the area who identified the suspect as Joel T. Gaspard. Deputies determined that Joel T. Gaspard had committed a theft from the interior of a vehicle and had caused damages to other property in the area.

Deputies were able to locate Joel T. Gaspard and arrest him. Joel T. Gaspard was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Disturbing the Peace – Intoxication
*Criminal Mischief
*Theft
*Simple Burglary of a Motor Vehicle

Joel T. Gaspard remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
