CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY VALUED AT $20,000
VERIFIED COMPLAINT – FOUR JUVENILES, AGES 10,10,11 and 14
BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports that verified complaints against four juvenile suspects have been filed in connection with felony criminal damage to property valued in excess of $20,000.
On March 2, 2020, deputies responded to a complaint at a business in the 7400 block of LA 1 in Belle Rose regarding vandalism to private property.
Through investigation, detectives identified four juvenile suspects, ages 10, 10, 11 and 14, are believed to have been responsible for those damages. All four were from the Belle Rose and Donaldsonville communities.
Verified complaints were filed against the four juveniles this month for Criminal Damage to Property Valued at $20,000.
The four juveniles were released to the custody of their parents pending further proceedings.
