ATV’S ON FARMLAND

NAPOLEONVILLE –Sheriff Leland Falcon has been receiving reports of ATV’s utilizing farm head lands and farm to market roads for pleasure riding. This activity has risen since school recessed.

We caution everyone that farmers are utilizing their properties with increased amount of large equipment while weather conditions are good.

ATV’s create a risk of accidents and serious injury as a result of this activity.

Please refrain from riding on farmland or farm to market roads.
