AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – SIMPLE ROBBERY
KECHELL MARIE WESLEY, TERMEKA LEWIS WESLEY, JUVENILE
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Kechell Marie Wesley, 19, of 107 Kennedy Street, Napoleonville, LA, and Termeka Lewis Wesley, 41, of 108 College Point Lane, Napoleonville, LA arising out of an incident that occurred on November 24, 2021.
Deputies and detectives responded to a local hospital and interviewed an individual who had sustained facial and head injuries. The victim advised that he had gone to a residence he was familiar with and had been robbed of personal belongings. The victim was able to identify the suspects as Termeka Lewis Wesley, Kechell Marie Wesley and a 17-year-old male juvenile.
On December 2, 2021, detectives executed a search warrant at a residence near Napoleonville and did recover evidence corroborating the victim’s statements. Detectives secured warrants for the three suspects, and they were all arrested on Thursday.
Kechell Marie Wesley was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
*Simple Battery
Termeka Lewis Wesley was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Simple Robbery
*Second Degree Battery
*Simple Battery – Unrelated Warrant
Kechell Marie Wesley and Termeka Lewis Wesley remain incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
The juvenile was charged by verified complaint and remains in custody pending court proceedings.
