AGGRAVATED 2ND DEGREE BATTERY
APRYL NICOLE FALCON

PAINCOURTVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Apryl Nicole Falcon, 38, of 257 Highway 403 Paincourtville, LA, on felony charges following a disturbance.

On Friday night, deputies responded to a disturbance at the aforementioned address and made contact with Apryl Nicole Falcon who was the complaintant. It was determined that Falcon and a companion had gotten into an altercation. Based on all available evidence and information, deputies determined that Falcon was the aggressor and had struck the companion with a dangerous weapon causing notable injuries.

Apryl Nicole Falcon was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a count of:

*Aggravated Second Degree Battery

Falcon remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
