AGGRAVATED FLIGHT – WARRANT
JAMON DEONDRE HERBERT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jamon Deondre Herbert, 27, of 179 Violet Street, Labadieville, LA, on felony charges arising from an attempted traffic stop on July 13, 2021 near Daggs Street in Paincourtville, LA.

On July 13, 2021, a uniformed patrol deputy attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation in the LA 308 / Daggs Street area. The suspect jumped from the vehicle and fled on foot.

As a result of this investigation, deputies obtained arrest warrants for Jamon Deondre Herbert.

On Monday, Herbert turned himself in and was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Aggravated Flight from an Officer
*Resisting an Officer
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle
*Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License

Jamon Deondre Herbert was incarcerated and released on $52,500 commercial bond.
