DOMESTIC INCIDENT WITH CHILD ENDANGERMENT
TYRONE FAIR, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tyrone Fair, Jr., 34, of 343 Highway 400, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising from a domestic incident at a residence in the 300 block of LA 400 on Tuesday morning.

Deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Alvin Street south of Napoleonville in reference to a disturbance. Deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that he was contacted by his daughter who advised that Tyrone Fair, Jr. had physically struck a child during an argument.

Deputies went to the location on LA 400 and were able to locate the victim as well as the suspect now identified as Tyrone Fair, Jr. Deputies did observe injuries to the victim and did conclude that Tyrone Fair, Jr. had inflicted those injuries

At the conclusion of the investigation, Tyrone Fair, Jr., was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment – 3 Counts

Tyrone Fair, Jr. remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
