ILLEGAL DRUG POSSESSION – ADDIE GENIEVE BREAUX

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Addie Genieve Breaux, 42, of 100 St. Ann Street, Pierre Part, LA, on a felony warrant charging her with felony possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

As part of an ongoing parish wide narcotics investigation, narcotics agents came into contact with Addie Genieve Breaux who was in possession of a substance believed to be methamphetamine. At the time, agents seized the substance as part of a related narcotics investigation. The substance was submitted to the State Police Crime Lab for analysis. The substance tested positive for methamphetamine.

Agents obtained an arrest warrant for Addie Genieve Breaux. On Tuesday morning, Addie Genieve Breaux was arrested in Napoleonville and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a count of:

*Possession of Methamphetamine

Addie Genieve Breaux remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
