NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Candice Lee Ross, 38, of 1708 East Garner Drive, Morgan City, LA, on warrants charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on multiple felony charges.

Candice Lee Ross was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on felony drug and firearms violations. As a result of that arrest, Candice Lee Ross was ordered to appear in court on January 10, 2022 and failed to do so. Warrants were issued for the arrest of Candice Lee Ross on January 11, 2022.

Candice Lee Ross was arrested by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office on August 26, 2024, and transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on August 27, 2024.

Candice Lee Ross was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on January 10, 2022, on a Count of:
-Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance
*Failure to Appear in Court on January 10, 2022, in Assumption Parish on a Count of:
-Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon

Candice Lee Ross was ordered held without bond.
