NAPOLEONVILLE – Today marks the 25th anniversary of the death of Dty. Troy Ratcliff.

Deputy Ratcliff tragically lost his life on June 5, 1999, in an automobile accident while on duty.

We express our endless appreciation to Deputy Ratcliff for his service to Assumption Parish.
