TRAFFIC STOP – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
BRADLEY JOSEPH GRISAFFE, ALAINA R. LANDRY
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Bradley Joseph Grisaffe, 29, of 110 Phillip Street, Pierre Part, LA and Alaina R. Landry, 27, of 110 Phillip Street, Pierre Part, LA on felony drug charges arising from a traffic stop on LA 70 east of Pierre Part on Sunday afternoon.
A uniformed patrol deputy observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation and executed a stop of that vehicle. The deputy made contact with the driver, now identified as Bradley Joseph Grisaffe and engaged the driver in an officer / violator interview. The deputy simultaneously interviewed the passenger, now identified as Alaina R. Landry. At the conclusion of those interviews, the deputy believed further investigation was warranted. The deputy requested consent to search which was granted.
During a search of the vehicle, a quantity of heroin was located and attributed to the driver, Bradley Joseph Grisaffe. A quantity of methamphetamine was seized which was attributed to the passenger, Alaina R. Landry. Additionally, assorted drug paraphernalia was seized.
Bradley Joseph Grisaffe was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Heroin
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Obstruction of Justice
*Vehicle Registration Required
*Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic
Bradley Joseph Grisaffe remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
Alaina R. Landry was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Obstruction of Justice
Alaina R. Landry remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
