PROBATION / PAROLE VIOLATION, DRUG LAW VIOLATION
DEAN E. HUE, JR.
BERTRANDVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dean E. Hue, Jr., 24, of Albermarle Road, Labadieville, LA, on a warrant charging him with a probation / parole violation.
On Friday afternoon, deputies went to Albermarle Road to execute an arrest warrant on Dean E. Hue, Jr.
Upon arrival at the location, deputies located Dean E. Hue, Jr. and arrested him. During a pat down search incidental to arrest, deputies seized a quantity of methamphetamine off the person of Dean E. Hue, Jr.
Deputies booked Dean E. Hue, Jr. into to the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Probation / Parole Violation
*Possession of Methamphetamine
Dean E. Hue, Jr. remains incarcerated with bond set at $20,000 on the new drug charge. Hue was ordered held without bond on the probation / parole violation.
