TRAFFIC OFFENSES – MULTIPLE FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANTS                      TODD JOSEPH CALDWELL

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Todd Joseph Caldwell, 47, of 2419 Tupelo Street, Morgan City, LA, on multiple charges arising out of a hit and run investigation on Philosopher Street in Napoleonville. The suspect vehicle struck a fire hydrant and fled from the scene.

Deputies were dispatched to the area and quickly located the suspected flatbed truck and arrested Todd Joseph Caldwell as the driver.

Todd Joseph Caldwell was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Hit and Run Driving
*Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License
*No Driver’s License
*Expired Motor Vehicle Inspection Tag
*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish for Speeding, Driving Under a Suspended License
*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish – Cruelty to Animals

Todd Joseph Caldwell remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
