DOMESTIC INCIDENT – EUGENE TAYLOR FAIR

BERTRANDVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Eugene Taylor Fair, 38, of 125 Jacobs Street, Bertrandville, LA, arising from a domestic incident at the aforementioned location on September 15, 2022.

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in connection to an ongoing disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies were unable to make contact with anyone.

At some point, deputies interviewed the alleged victim.

Based on the results of that interview, as well as related factors, deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Eugene Taylor Fair.

On Monday, Eugene Taylor Fair was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment

Eugene Taylor Fair remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
