FAILURE TO APPEAR – ASSUMPTION PARISH
FELONY DRUG CHARGES – DAVID JAMES SCOTT, JR.
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of David James Scott, Jr., 33, of 5984 Alma Street, Houma, LA, on charges of Failing to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony drug charges.
David James Scott, Jr. was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on a charge of possession of Ecstasy (MDMA). David James Scott, Jr. was given notice to appear in court on February 8, 2021 and failed to do so.
A warrant for the arrest of David James Scott, Jr. was issued on February 10, 2021.
On July 19, 2022, David James Scott, Jr. was arrested by Terrebonne Parish Deputies on unrelated charges.
David James Scott was transferred to Assumption Parish on Friday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish on a Charge of Possession of Ecstasy (MDMA)
David James Scott, Jr. remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
