SUBMITTING FRAUDELENT DOCUMENTS IN AN ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN IDENTIFICATION
FLAVIO E. SALZAR CRUZ, ELDIESS ARIEL ACEVEDO ARROYO
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Flavio E. Salazar Cruz, 31, of 121 Musrat Court, Albany, LA, and Eldiess Ariel Acevedo Arroyo, 32, of 46181 R Bankston Road, #4, Houma, LA, on charges alleging that both men attempted to obtain identification by submitting fraudulent documents to the DMV Office In Napoleonville on Monday.
On Monday morning, deputies responded to a complaint from the Department of Motor Vehicles and upon arrival, identifying Flavio Cruz and Eldiess Arroyo as suspects.
Deputies received the documents the suspects provided to the DMV and determined that those documents were indeed fraudulent
Flavio E. Salazar Cruz was arrested and booked on charges of:
*Unlawful Production, Manufacturing Distribution or Possession of Fraudulent Documents for Identification Purposes
*Giving False Information Regarding Lawful Presence in the U.S. in Order to Obtain a Driver’s License
Eldiess Ariel Acevedo Arroyo was arrested and booked on charges of:
*Unlawful Production, Manufacturing Distribution or Possession of Fraudulent Documents for Identification Purposes
*Giving False Information Regarding Lawful Presence in the U.S. in Order to Obtain a Driver’s License
Both Cruz and Arroyo remain incarcerated pending bond hearings.
