INDECENT BEHAVIOR WITH JUVENILES – CHRISTIAN TYLER PEREZ
BELLE ROSE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Christian Tyler Perez, 23, of Dealita Drive, Avondale, LA, on felony sex crimes violations arising out of an April 11, 2021 incident which occurred near Belle Rose, LA.
On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to a complaint in which it was alleged that Christian Tyler Perez was at a gathering at the complainant’s home. It was further declared that Perez had committed an inappropriate sexual act upon a child.
Detectives conducted a follow-up investigation and found probable cause to seek arrest warrants for Christian Tyler Perez. There was an independent witness that corroborated the victim’s allegations.
The suspect was arrested by Jefferson Parish authorities on Wednesday. He was transported to Assumption Parish and booked into the detention center on charges of:

Christian Tyler Perez remains incarcerated with a bond set at $60,000.
