FUGITIVE WARRANT
JERMAINE MOLAND

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jermaine Moland, 36, of 195 Ewell Street, Belle Rose, LA, following an investigative stop by deputies.

On Wednesday evening, deputies observed a vehicle being driven by Jermaine Moland traveling on LA 1 near Labadieville.

Deputies had prior knowledge of an outstanding warrant for Moland from the Gonzales City Police Department.

Deputies stopped the vehicle, made positive identification of Moland, then arrested him.

Jermaine Moland was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on:

*Fugitive Warrant (Gonzales Police Dept.)

Jermaine Moland was released to that jurisdiction.
