DOMESTIC ABUSE INCIDENT – TRENT HENRY DUHON
BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Trent Henry Duhon, 25, of 294 Ricohoc Drive, Franklin, LA, on charges related to a December 11, 2019 domestic incident in Bayou L’Ourse.
On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to a complaint and made contact with the alleged victim who indicated that her domestic partner, now identified as Trent Henry Duhon had initiated an argument that at some point became physical.
At the time deputies arrived, Duhon had left the area and had attempted to return to the home several times, but leaving prior to law-enforcement’s arrival.
A minor child was present at the time Duhon allegedly assaulted the victim.
Deputies filed arrest warrants against Duhon.
On February 28, 2020, the Berwick Police Department arrested Duhon on those warrants.
Trent Henry Duhon was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Domestic Abuse Batter Involving Strangulation with Child Endangerment
Trent Henry Duhon remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
