FAILURE TO APPEAR, AGGRAVATED FLIGHT, THIRD OFFENSE D.W.I.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Christopher Glenn Dirance, 34, of 115 Charles Street, Napoleonville, LA, for failure to appear in court in Assumption Parish on felony charges.

The Sheriff’s Office I.C.E. Unit conducted a traffic stop south of Napoleonville on Friday. The vehicle was occupied by four individuals, one of which was Christopher Glenn Dirance. When the deputy conducted a criminal records check, there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failure to appear. Dirance was placed under arrest and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear for:
-Driving While Intoxicated (Third Offense)
-Aggravated Flight from an Officer

Christopher Glenn Dirance remains incarcerated in lieu of $15,000 bond.
