2024 VETERAN’S DAY – NOVEMBER 11, 2024
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon takes this most important opportunity to honor our nations veterans on Monday, November 11, 2024.
Veteran’s Day is a celebration to honor America’s veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.
It is a day that we shall honor all of the brave men and women who have died serving our country, those who served and completed their military commitment and those who continue to serve today in wartime and peacetime.
It is because of our veterans that we can live in a society free of the dangers of foreign enemies.
Sheriff Falcon thanks all veterans for their service and encourages everyone to take a moment out of your day on November 11th and say a prayer for the safety of all our troops, home and abroad.
