Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling - Monday, March 26, 2018

DWAYNE RAINEY, JR.

 

NAPOLENVILLE Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the Friday arrest of Dwayne Rainey, Jr., 37, of 1725 Sherwood Forest Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA, on charges related to his unauthorized entry of a home near Napoleonville, LA.

On Friday, deputies were dispatched to a residence in Napoleonville in which the complainant advised that Rainey had entered her home without permission on several occasions.

Deputies interviewed the victim and based on that interview as well as law enforcement knowledge that Rainey was in the area, warrants were obtained for his arrest.

Later Friday, deputes observed Rainey in Napoleonville near the residence.  Rainey was placed under arrest, transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center and booked on charges of:

            *Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling

            *Fugitive Warrant for East Baton Rouge Parish

Rainey was incarcerated and awaits a bond hearing.
