THEFT – DANIELLE HUE FULLER
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports
the arrest of Danielle Hue Fuller, 36, of 128 Agnes Street, Pierre Part, LA, in
connection with an investigation related to identity theft and felony
theft. Fuller was arrested on Wednesday.
On December 28, 2017, the Sheriff’s Office initiated
an investigation into a potential theft at a Pierre Part business.
The store management contacted the Sheriff’s Office to
report suspected theft by an employee which they believe persisted over a
period of time.
Through investigation, Danielle Hue Fuller was
identified as a suspect. Hue was found to have stolen a significant amount of
cash through deceptive and fraudulent practices.
Based on the investigation, Fuller was arrested,
transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center and booked on charges of
theft valued at over $25,000 and one count of identity theft.
No customer information was used or compromised during
Fuller’s crimes.
Detectives executed a search warrant on Fuller’s
residence and seized evidence relative to her crimes.
Fuller remains incarcerated in lieu of $30,000 bond
set by Judge Jason Verdigets.
