LABADIEVILLE MIDDLE DARE GRADUATION - Friday, March 31, 2017

LABADIEVILLE MIDDLE GRADUATES 80 D.A.R.E. STUDENTS

The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office and Labadieville Middle School Officials held graduation ceremonies for 80 students completing the requirements of the D.A.R.E. Program on Thursday, March 30, 2017.

Sheriff Leland Falcon and several of his staff members were in attendance. Guest Speaker was Captain Rodney Rhodes.

Students were asked to do an essay of what they learned. The essays were all very impressive. Two essay winners were selected and listed below.

First Place – Emilea Gros

Second Place – Arabella Himel

Laura Savoie was selected as Outstanding Student.

Sheriff Falcon thanked D.A.R.E. Officer Farrell Gros who instructed the class and Principal Cory Crochet for his help.
