BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland
Falcon reports the arrests of Frances Lee Boudreaux, 32, of 128 Pond Drive,
Bayou L’Ourse and Jeremy Lodrigue, 44, of 148 Hwy. 663, Bayou L’Ourse, both on drug
related counts and David W. Mire, 40, of 131 Velma Court, Bayou L’Ourse, on
domestic abuse counts following an investigation at a business in Bayou
L’Ourse, LA.
Narcotics agents entered the establishment to
investigate a complaint. Agents
interviewed both Boudreaux and Lodrigue.
As a result of those interviews, agents seized a quantity of
meth-amphetamine from both Boudreaux and Lodrigue. A records check indicated that Lodrigue was
wanted on a warrant for Failure to Appear for obscenity charges.
All three subjects were placed under arrest,
transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center and booked on the
following charges:
Frances Lee Boudreaux – Possession of Meth-Amphetamine
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Jeremy Lodrigue – Possession of Meth-Amphetamine
Failure to Appear on
Obscenity Charges
David Mire – Warrant for Domestic Violence
All three were incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
