Search Warrant / Drug Law Violations - Wednesday, July 24, 2019

SUBJECT:      SEARCH WARRANT – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS

                        TODD A. LANDRY

 

 

 

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Todd A. Landry, 51, of 146 Ben Court, Pierre Part, LA, on drug law violations resulting from the execution of a search warrant on July 15, 2019 at a Pierre Part residence.

 

As part of an ongoing Sheriff’s Office investigation, narcotics agents compiled information implicating Todd A. Landry in illegal drug activity.  As a result, a search warrant was obtained for Landry’s home.

 

Agents converged on that home on the aforementioned date and did seize a quantity of meth-amphetamine and assorted paraphernalia.

 

Arrest warrants were obtained for Todd Landry’s arrest on charges of:

 

            *Possession of Meth-Amphetamine

            *Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

 

Todd Landry was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Tuesday.  He was released Wednesday on a $15,000 bond.
