Traffic Stop / Failure to Appear Warrant for Probation Revocation - Tuesday, April 30, 2019

SUBJECT:      TRAFFIC STOP / FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT FOR PROBATION

                        REVOCATION MICHAEL J. MARTIN

 

NAPOLEONVILLE Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Michael J. Martin, 30, of 228 Daggs Street, Belle Rose, LA, following a traffic stop Friday evening.

Uniformed Patrol Deputies conducted a traffic stop near Napoleonville and interviewed the driver identified as Michael J. Martin.

A warrant check indicated that Martin was wanted on a probation violation related to theft and monetary instrument abuse.

Martin was also wanted on a fugitive warrant from Lafourche Parish.

Martin was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center pending a bond hearing.
