Pedestrian Stop / Gun Complaint - Monday, April 22, 2019

SUBJECT:      PEDESTRIAN STOP / GUN COMPLAINT TREY ALLEN DUET

 

 

LABADIEVILLE Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Trey Allen Duet, 19, of 2917 Ponville Road, Napoleonville, LA, following a gun related complaint Friday afternoon.

Deputies were dispatched to a location near Labadieville in connection with a subject displaying a gun to a group of juveniles.

Deputies responded to the area and located an individual walking, that matched the description of the man provided by the juveniles.

The deputy secured the suspect and was able to identify him as Trey Allen Duet.

The deputy conducted a protective pat down search and located a .40 caliber handgun and a quantity of suspected cocaine.

Trey Allen Duet was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

            *Aggravated Assault with a Dangerous Weapon

            *Possession of Cocaine

            *Illegal Carrying of Weapons in the Presence of Controlled Dangerous Substances

Trey Allen Duet was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
