Aggravated Battery with a Dangerous Weapon - Monday, October 29, 2018

SUBJECT:      AGGRAVATED BATTERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON -

                        TAMEKO S. FAIR

 

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tameko S. Fair, 37, o f 135 Matthew Street, Napoleonville, LA, on charges related to a disturbance on Matthew Street early Sunday morning.

Deputies were dispatched to the area and noticed several people in the street including one person that had been cut on an arm.

Deputies questioned several individuals and were able to identify a suspect.  Tameko S. Fair was the individual who allegedly stabbed the victim.  Fair returned to the scene and was detained.  Deputies also determined that Fair was suspect in slashing two tires on the victim’s car. 

Fair was arrested, transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center and booked on charges of:

            *Simple Criminal Damage to Property

            *Aggravated Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

Fair was incarcerated with bond set at $35,000.
