Aggravated Battery with a Dangerous Weapon - Tuesday, October 16, 2018

SUBJECT:      AGGRAVATED BATTERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON

                        CLEMENT FABRE

 

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Clement Fabre, 42, of 188 Murial Street, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, on charges related to a Monday night disturbance at a Bayou L’Ourse home.

Late Monday, deputies responded to the location and made contact with the complainant who indicated that Clement Fabre had become unruly and aggressive towards another occupant of the home.

Deputies interviewed witnesses and the alleged victim who indicated that Fabre had become upset and sprayed a chemical agent in the face of the victim, then went after the victim with a knife.

Based on that information as well as statements made by the suspect, Clement Fabre was arrested, transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center and booked on charges of:

            *Aggravated Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

            *Aggravated Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (2 Counts)

Fabre was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
