PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Scott Paul Breaux, 47, of 339 Shell Beach Road, Pierre Part, LA, on multiple charges after deputies attempted to arrest him on a failure to appear warrant.

Approximately 10 days ago, deputies attempted to arrest Breaux at his home on a warrant for failure to appear relative to theft of electricity.

Breaux was transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center and booked on counts of:

            *Possession of Meth-Amphetamine

            *Resisting an Officer (2 Counts)

*Failure to Appear for Court on Charges of Theft
